Hello ZCHS Families!

Can you believe it?  The countdown is officially on!  In just a few short weeks, we'll be welcoming our students back for another exciting year at Zanesville Community High School. 

Over the next several days, we'll be sharing important information to help your family get ready for the first day of school.  Keep an eye on ParentSquare for updates on Back-to-School Information.

Returning Students:  Online Emergency Forms are open and emails have been sent out to everyone.  If you didn't have an email on file, letters were mailed out. Please contact the office at (740) 588-5685 if you have not received an email or letter regarding your student's Snapcode to access the Online Emergency Form.
    
Schedule Request Form 
As you know, Blended Learning is offered at ZCHS to accommodate the scheduling needs of students and their families.  (If your student qualifies for transportation and is requesting a Blended Learning schedule, please know that transportation is not offered in the middle of the day - only at the beginning and end of the school day.)

Please complete the following schedule request with the understanding that this is only a request.  You will be notified once a schedule is approved or denied, or when additional information is needed.
